This set consists of flash-cards and a wall chart for classroom use. This packet gives you the necessary tools to teach your child phonics. It includes a set of flashcards and a corresponding wall chart. Each flashcard contains one phonogram. A phonogram is either one letter or a combination of letters that represents one sound in a word.

On the reverse side of each card is teaching information including: sample words for each sound of that letter or phonogram in order according to their frequency of use; references to the wall chart (included in this kit) and to the book, "ABC’s and All Their Tricks;" and exceptions to the rules. The wall chart lists the ten simplest phonics rules and gives examples.

5 r-controlled digraph cards
14 paired vowels (diphthongs) and mixed digraph cards
