This Shipping Schedule is for individuals, organizations, and companies that do not have an open account with us. Organizations and companies with open accounts will be charged the actual shipping costs on their invoice.

Shipping Schedule prices are based on the List Price of the books.

Standard Shipping Service
With our Standard Shipping Service your package(s) will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) - Ground. Sorry we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes with Standard Shipping Service - a street address is required. Delivery times range from 4 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date; please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. Delivery times vary depending on your distance from our warehouse which is located in Michigan. This service is only available for the contiguous 48 states. This service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or Canada. Standard Shipping Service Orders usually leave our warehouse in one or two business days. We do not ship, nor does UPS pickup, on Saturdays and Sundays.

With our Economy Shipping Service your package(s) will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) - Media Mail. Delivery times range from 10 to 21 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date; Please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. This service is available to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipments to non-mainland locations should allow significant additional time (shipments to Puerto Rico have taken as long as a month). This service is not available to Canada or other foreign countries. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Superior Shipping Service
With our Superior Shipping Service your package(s) will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) - 3 Day Select (contiguous 48 states) or United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail. The average delivery time is 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date; please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may use this as a faster alternative to our "Economy Ground Service". This service is available to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This service is not available to APO, FPO or Canada. Superior Service Orders usually leave our warehouse in one business day. We do not ship, nor does UPS pickup, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Canadian Shipping Service
With our Standard Shipping Service your package(s) will be shipped via standard mail. The average delivery time varies but is usually less than 10 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date; Please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. Orders usually ship in 24 to 48 hours. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Foreign Shipping Service
Choose this option for all orders outside the United States and Canada. We will contact you by email with a quote for the delivery costs of your order. No charges will be made to your credit card until we receive a confirmation from you. You must confirm the quoted delivery cost by return email within 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays). We will then process your credit card and promptly ship your order. If you do not respond to our email/quote in 3 business days or you decide that the quoted delivery charges exceed your expectations, your order will be cancelled.
