Return Policy
Should you find it necessary to return an item we must receive it within 45 days of the date of purchase
and it must be in a new and unused condition. You will be credited the cost of the returned products
however shipping charges cannot be credited.
'No Charge' Replacement Policy for Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or has been damaged in shipping, we will replace it free of charge; please save
the shipping carton and materials of the damaged shipment. We will advise you if we want the defective
or damaged items returned to us. If they need to be returned, you will be reimbursed for the return
shipping cost.
Please Note!
We respectively suggest that you package returns carefully and send them in a traceable manner. You will not
receive credit on items that do not reach us in resalable condition – upon request they will be returned to you
at your cost. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on Clearance items, videos, CD's or cassettes except in the
case of defective or damaged product.
Return Procedure
Please call (810)714-4280 during our normal business hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern United States Time Zone,
Monday through Friday to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You may also email your return
request to
“sales@mottmedia.com”. Your email must include your Name, Address and Order # as they appear
on the Packing Slip/Invoice that came with your order. Your email must also list the products that you
wish to return including the ISBN number which is shown on the Packing Slip/Invoice. We will reply to your
email to advise you as to which of the items on your list are authorized to be returned. Sorry, we cannot
accept returns on Clearance items, videos, CD's or cassettes.
Shipping and Packaging Requirements
All returned items must reach us in new, unused and resalable condition. It is therefore very important to pack
these products carefully and return them by a traceable method. Products should be packed in boxes (no bags or
envelopes please) with 2 inches of packing surrounding the items. This is the recommended packaging procedure
of most carriers. The box must be clearly marked with the RMA number in 2 inch high numbers on the top of the
box and also in the ship to address as shown below. The RMA number must be received by contacting us; see
“Return Procedure” above. The box should be sent to the following address:

Packages must be sent by a traceable method. If we do not receive the product, we cannot give you your refund.
If the product is lost by the delivery service you will need to put in a claim with that service for your
merchandise. It is therefore very important to use a traceable method. Most standard carriers provide this
service; some at an additional cost.
