Can I pay for my order with a Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order?
Yes, we accept Checks, Cashier's Check and Money Orders. You may place your order by phone 1-800-421-6645, Fax your order 1-810-714-2077, or Email your order to our Sales Department at Sales@MottMedia.com. You may also mail your order with the payment to the address shown below.

If you call, please call during our normal business hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern United States Time Zone.

If you call, fax, or email your order, please write the name of the person or organization placing the order on the Memo line of your Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order. This will make it easier to match the payment with the order.

When we receive your payment we can finish processing your order. Please note that checks take two weeks to clear the bank.

How can I check on the status of an order that I have placed?
To check the status of an order please send an email to our Customer Service Department with your name, address, phone number, and the date that you placed the order. We will check the status of the order and answer by return email. Please be patient for a response.
