Mott Media is very aware of our customer’s concern about privacy. Many companies today make money by selling the information they have gathered about their customers; WE DO NOT! We respect your privacy and we value your business. Mott Media, L.L.C. and its divisions, which are listed below, have never and will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute any information about our customers.

Mott Media, L.L.C. is also very aware that our customers are tired of receiving unsolicited email and postal mail. We send email confirmations of orders and other notifications directly related to an order that a customer has placed. We do not “SPAM” nor do we do anything close to spamming. We send our catalogs via postal mail to our customers that have directly requested them or have ordered from us in the recent past. Anyone requesting to be taken off our postal mailing list can do so through our customer service department and we will promptly remove them. Since we only send responses to orders, you will never receive unsolicited email from us.

None of Mott Media’s customers receive unsolicited emails. In fact we only send emails in direct reply to inquiries made by you the customer. When you place an order online or email us a question, you will receive a reply by email. If you have requested information that is best sent by email, we will email it to you; otherwise it will be sent by postal mail. If Mott Media sends you an email, it is pertinent information about your account. We do not send advertisements by email. Also, you will not be asked to update your customer information by email. Never send banking information or charge card information by email. Email is not secure and should be used cautiously. When you fill in your information online when placing an order, it is encrypted and secure; Email is not.

As our Privacy Policy states “Mott Media, L.L.C. and its divisions which are listed below have never and will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute any information about our customers; AND WE DON’T!” If you are a customer, the only mail you will receive from us is our catalogs and updates; that’s it. We don’t “make your name and address available” to anyone even if we think they are “reputable organizations.” And as we stated earlier; if you don’t want the catalogs anymore, just let us know; no hassles – we will take you off the mailing list.
